Smoothies:
Blueberry and Banana Smoothie: Ingredients: -Frozen blueberries 1/2 cup -1 Banana -Yogurt 1/3 cup (any kind) -Teaspoon of sugar (optional) -Blender Steps: 1. Put all of the ingredients in the blender. 2. Set blender on frozen drinks and blend for half a minute, if you do not have the setting of frozen drinks set the blender on 4, or whatever seems right. 3. Pour the smoothie into a cup and taste. Enjoy : ) |
Lunch
Appetizers:
Coleslaw -Cabbage -Shredded carrots -Raisins -Mayonnaise 1/4 cup -White sugar 1 teaspoon -Mustard 1 teaspoon Steps: 1. Mix together the cabbage, carrot, and raisins in a salad bowl. 2. Stir the mayo, sugar, and mustard in a small bowl. 3. Pour the dressing into the salad. 4. ENJOY!!! SaladLettuce Salad

Ingredients:
Frozen Banana
Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
Any other preferred fruit (citrus not suggested)
Supplies:
Cuisinart or good blender
Spoon
Bowl
Steps:
1. Put the frozen banana, blueberries, and other fruit in your Cuisinart or good blender
2. Blend on high till pieces have become small chunks, then stir.
3. Put blender on high again till has your preferred texture.
4. Spoon into bowl.
